We Pick Rick Santorum!

Today we were thrilled to be able to see Rick Santorum in person at our local Tea Party in Mandeville, LA. We are praying so hard that God will grant our country favor and give us this man as our next President of the United States. It is scary to think what might happen if Obama stays in the White House but almost equally as scary to think what we might be in for if Mitt Romney wins the nomination! We didn’t realize until today but Mitt Romney has admitted that racing against Rick Santorum has pushed him toward the right. When asked what he would do then if he won the nomination his senior advisor, Eric Fehrnstrom said, “Well, I think you hit a reset button for the fall campaign. Everything changes. It’s almost like an Etch A Sketch. You can kind of shake it up and restart all of over again.”

That is NOT the kind of president that we are looking for to protect our freedom and govern our nation! We tremble to think what our children will face if this man becomes our president. We need a man who will take a stand and stay there! Rick Santorum is the kind of president who would protect the rights and freedoms that we have enjoyed and secure them for our children. Rick Santorum will get our votes and we hope he will get yours too!

A Recent Children’s Program

We recently did the children’s program during the Basic Seminar at our church. We had a blast learning songs and verses, hearing a missionary story, building with blocks, legos, duplos, and lincoln logs and of course eating snacks!…and the kids had fun too!! Here are some of the pictures!

Two Years in a Nutshell and Where we are Now

It has been about two years since we have updated any posts or pictures. Two years filled with laughter, love, tears, music, rejoicing, ministry, fun, diapers, tricycles, plastic horses, and little BOYS! God has been so good to us and we are so thankful. So, now, two years later we are still living in our little home. Jonathan is learning his letters and numbers and Josiah is working on colors and animals. Both boys love to sing and have been enjoying learning Scripture verses in Sunday School and Bible Clubs. James Peyton, our newest and youngest blessing is the delight of our whole family. He is the best baby ever and brings smiles to all of our faces as he coos and grins at us. We just love having three sons, whom we refer to as our “Three Mighty Men of Valor.” Being a parent has it’s moments of frustration and stress but all it takes is one priceless moment when you overhear your three year old outside, playing with a newly caught frog say, “Thank you God for making frogs. I love you!” to make it all worth while!

Ezekiel School is about to start it’s third year of music classes. We have loved watching God provide for this ministry, grow the school with new students all over the USA, and seeing the students grow in knowledge, skill and in their relationships with the Lord.

While there is so much more we could say, we will just post a few pictures and leave it at that! We hope you have a fabulous Christmas season!

FOUR!!! It has been over a year since we have updated here so we thought we would bring everyone back up to date! Our little family has expanded from three to four with the addition of Josiah Alan born on November 7th. He was 9lbs and 21 inches long. He is a peaceful, joyful, contented little guy and we can’t imagine life without him! Jonathan is a GREAT big brother trying to share everything…food, hugs, toys, hard knocks…pretty much everything!

Of course Mommy and Daddy love being parents of two such adorable and fun little boys!Jonathan is now 2!!!! We can’t believe it. He is definitely an energy giver and a workout all in one! He thrills our hearts with his daily kisses and “Love you”s!

We are home again after another great trip to the Philippines! We had so many neat opportunities this trip and we are looking forward to more in the next year or so. The last week that we were there Aaron preached about music at a Pastor’s conference. The messages were very well received but were not without much attack from satan. Pray that the truths that were presented would continue to touch hearts and make a difference for God over there. We stayed at a little house near the beach during the conference and enjoyed the beauties of God’s handiwork all around us.

All of these Philippino kids gathered around where we were to see Jonathan.
There must have been over thirty of them! I went to my room to get my wordless
book but by the time I got back they had scattered. However, a night or two later
one of the missionaries staying there with us talked to that group of kids and 20
of them prayed to receive Christ!! God is so good!
